his first car buying experience. I have bought almost 2 dozen cars and found
that your approach made the buying decision easy and stress free. You have a
great selection of very good cars. Although we live north of Albany, it was
great to be able to go online and check your inventory before making the trip
to see a particular car. Dealing with Joe was great. He offered any information
we wanted, but we did not feel at all pressured to make a purchase. The
delivery was seamless with the paperwork well organized. Your staff did a nice
job of orienting my son to the car and its features. I hope that his future car
